Friday August 5
5:00 PM - Families arrive and set-up (informal)
Saturday August 6
9:00 AM - Training sessions:
- Good morning Tai Chi
- Fitness and conditioning with Renshi Christina
- Grappling with Renshi Tom
- Striking with Sensei Blair
- Kumite with Renshi Barb
12:00 PM - Training ends / free time
2:00 PM - Kid's games with Sensei Amanda and Renshi Christina
3:00 PM - Training sessions:
- Training concepts with Kyoshi Mike
- Kobudo with Renshi Keith
5:00 PM - CNGK Family BBQ and Camper pot luck.
8:00 PM - Group Campfire
Sunday August 7
10:00 AM - Tear down, clean up. Families depart.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CAMPERS:
To participate, register and pay for your vehicle at the Guelph Lake GRCA Camp office. CNGK sponsors the campsite fee, BBQ and training expenses.
GRCA fees are $7.75/adult and $3.20 per child for day use. Overnight parking is $16.95/vehicle.
Attendance is limited to CNGK Members and their families. Campers are responsible for bringing their own food and shelter; CNGK will provide burgers for the BBQ. Space is first come, first serve. There is limited electrical service available on the site. Youth campers must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian. All campers must obey all GRCA safety instructions and the rules of the GRCA.
